Shipping policy

Shipping:

Feather Shack endeavours to ship all orders within three business days and we pride ourselves on same day order processing.  As we are a small business, sometimes we may take a day either side of the weekend to enjoy our children/family, and so this may be delayed by a day or two and also may be delayed by courier delay or unavailability.

Feather Shack uses Australia Post and Sendle couriers. 

DOMESTIC:

We charge flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD for all orders under $100.00 within Australia

Shipping  is free over $100.00 AUD within Australia

We offer express shipping as an option for $15.00AUD within Australia

INTERNATIONAL:

Flat rate shipping 18.00 NZD for delivery to New Zealand for all orders

Flat rate shipping $15.00 USD for delivery to the United States for all orders

PLEASE NOTE: Handling fees may apply, please see total cost of calculated shipping on checkout. Duties and import taxes are the reponsibility of the purchaser on receipt of the package within your nominated country of delivery. Feather Shack does not collect or pay these fees on the customers behalf, please factor this in to your total cost of purchase when completing checkout.

Feather Shack accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or missing parcels, or packages delivered to the wrong address once they have been signed over to courier services. We offer tracking with our parcels to help you stay in the loop regarding your expected delivery window. Please contact the courier if you have concerns with your delivery. 

Feather Shack always aims to choose the most reliable courier service but cannot be held liable for parcels once they have left our business, this includes but is not limited to delays in delivery service due to unforeseen circumstances or current issues affecting postage/courier services for example workforce strike, global pandemic.

Feather Shack charges the correct and current postage rates as supplied by Australia Post and Sendle to cover business costs and always selects the best option for your selected address delivery.
