Due to the nature of these products, no refunds or returns are offered on these products in the case of change of mind. If you receive your order from this category and it does not fit the description as listed on Feather Shack website, is faulty or damaged please contact us at feathershackx@gmail.com

It is the customers responsibility to select products from this range that they have no known allergies or sensitivities to, and to use these products as stated by the company on the provided packaging. If reactions occur, seek medical treatment where necessary and consult the manufacturer of the product directly.

Clothing including Mens, Womens and Children's clothing, footwear, hats/beanies, swaddles, sunglasses, linens, blankets:

Please contact Feather Shack within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return your order for a credit note or exchange at feathershackx@gmail.com due to incorrect size/fit. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check size charts provided before finalising purchases. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges when returning these item/s if the item was purchased on sale, with a price reduction or discount code applied. 

We are a sustainable business, therefore you can return your clothing or footwear purchase if it is not suitable for an exchange, store credit or refund to your original payment method minus shipping charges- excludes clearance. An Exchange of size in the exact product purchased will be provided if available and requested,  or credit note or refund will be provided to the dollar amount paid by the customer on the original invoice, minus shipping. Please see credit note details below.

Clothing or linen Item(s) must be returned to Feather Shack at the advised address by the owner, in their original condition and packaging as initially received by the purchaser. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with no obvious signs of wear for example strong perfumes, pet hair, makeup marks, food/drink stains or strong odours. All tags must be attached. If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be granted. 

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to fault. Feather Shack is not responsible for returns that are not received so we recommend choosing a return courier that enables you to track your return electronically.

Return delivery charges for faulty and/or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Feather Shack. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.

Damaged items:

All orders are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch during the packing process and all stock is kept in a secure, dry location free from insects, sharp objects, strong odours, small children, animals, heat sources and harmful chemicals or other fluids.

Sale Items:

No returns granted on sale items unless faulty or not fitting the description as listed on the website. This includes end of season or end of line stock permanent markdowns, and not occasional % off sales. Normal return policy applies to occasional % off sales.

Credit Notes: 

When granted, credit notes are emailed to the returnee with the full amount paid by the returnee listed in the credit note, minus the shipping paid for the original order. If you have not received your credit note within 7 days of returning your original order to Feather Shack, please email featherhshackx@gmail.com

Credit notes are not redeemable for cash and have a 12 month expiry from date of issue. Credit notes are not transferrable to another person.

Shipping:

Feather Shack endeavours to ship all orders within three business days. As we are a one-family show, sometimes we may take a day either side of the weekend to enjoy our children/family, and so this may be delayed by a day or two. 

Feather Shack uses Australia Post and Sendle couriers. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We charge flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD for all orders under $100. Shipping if free over $100 AUD. We offer express shipping as an option. 

Feather Shack accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or missing parcels, or packages delivered to the wrong address once they have been signed over to courier services. We offer tracking with our parcels to help you stay in the loop regarding your expected delivery window. Please contact the courier if you have concerns with your delivery. 

Feather Shack always aims to choose the most reliable courier service but cannot be held liable for parcels once they have left our business, this includes but is not limited to delays in delivery service due to unforeseen circumstances or current issues affecting postage/courier services for example workforce strike, global pandemic.

Feather Shack charges the correct and current postage rates as supplied by Australia Post and Sendle.
